Public Comment on EAD Extension Rule

USCIS has issued a rule extending the validity period of certain Employment Authorization Documents (EADs), while USCIS processes their renewal. NIPNLG submitted a comment supporting this rule and urging USCIS to take bolder steps to address inequities in the EAD system.
