This webinar will provide an overview of legal developments in the wake of Niz-Chavez, including how a defective NTA may provide grounds for notice-based rescission of an in absentia removal order or for termination of removal proceedings as a violation of a claim-processing rule. The faculty will provide tips for making persuasive Niz-Chavez-based arguments in removal proceedings.
