COVID-19 is running rampant across ICA-Farmville, a private detention facility in Farmville, VA, with over 80% of the detained population testing positive.s This suit is filed on behalf of four people who are detained by ICE in ICA-Farmville, who are being denied their right to safety, medical care, and adequate food while detained. NIPNLG filed the lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia along with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and the Legal Aid Justice Center.
