This accessible guide, created by Organized Power in Numbers, the National Immigration Project, the National Domestic Workers Alliance, Tulane University Immigrant Rights Clinic, and the Arriba Las Vegas Workers Center, walks through five steps for domestic workers to apply for deferred action for labor enforcement. Available in English and Spanish, it follows a group of domestic workers in their campaign to defend their labor rights and secure immigration relief. Designed to be printed in black and white or shared online, and with space to add local organizational contact information, the guide aims to provide an easy way to introduce domestic workers to these important protections.
