The National Immigration Project, Detention Watch Network, the Southeast Dignity Not Detention Coalition, and RFK Human Rights released an ‘Anthology of Abuse’ on the still operational Winn Correctional Center in Winnfield, Louisiana. The report calls for the release of people detained and for the permanent closure of the facility when its ICE detention contract expires in May 2024.
