Program Description

Asylum law is constantly changing both substantively and procedurally. This webinar will focus on complex procedural issues that arise in asylum practice. The speakers will discuss topics including: representing principal and derivative applicants; navigating affirmative and defensive applications; how prosecutorial discretion affects asylum claims; and how to manage asylum cases in expedited proceedings.
