Megan Hauptman is a Bernstein Fellow at the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild (NIPNLG). Prior to beginning her fellowship with NIPNLG, Megan clerked for the Hon. Diana Saldaña of the Southern District of Texas. She is a 2021 graduate of Yale Law School, where she was an editor for the Yale Law & Policy Review and participated in several clinics focused on immigration, criminal defense, and human rights advocacy. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal for a public defender's office. She holds a B.A. from Brown University.
